Thank you for shopping NoirX ! Your shopping experience is important to us and we want to make sure your return process is equally important just in case you’re not 100% satisfied.
  1. Due to the limited availability for some of our items all sales are considered FINAL upon receipt of payment unless it falls under the fault of NoirX. We do not provide refunds, however we are happy to accept your returns for in store credit to be used toward a future purchase
  2. Returns/Exchanges must be returned within 10 business days from original received date. Please fill out the return form provided below and include the return form with your return item to be properly processed.
  3. All store refunds will be refunded via store credit in the form of a E-gift card code.
  4. Returns that exceed over 10 business days after original received date will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTION!
  5. Store Credit can be used immediately and never expires
  6. All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, no odor, undamaged and have the original tags/ packaging attached. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged will be ineligible to receive store credit.
  7. All bodysuits, swimsuits items are FINAL or marked β€œSALE” are β€œFINAL SALE”
  8. You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return your items unless it falls under fault of NoirX
  9. Refunds will only be processed in the original form of payment used on the initial order only when a return falls under the fault of NoirX. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  10. If we sent you a wrong item or defective please contact us ASAP at shop@noirx.co. Please attach a photo of the defective item in your email along with order number. Once our team has received your email we will respond to you with proper instruction to mail back your defective item free of charge. Defective orders are fully refunded including shipping charges.

NoirX is not responsible for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please make sure you track your item when shipping return back. Contact USPS directly should your return become lost or stolen.
